within the fata morgana will be premiered in New York City at the “Dialogues” concert and talk-back event on December 4th, 7:30pm at the National Opera Center and hosted by Composers Now. The performers will be: Sarah Carrier, Laura Cocks, Roberta Michel, Jessica Schmitz. This work was inspired by the description of a mirage in the book The English Patient by Michael Ondaatje.
